03. Dove Lake, Tasmania
Dove Lake is located at the foot of famous Cradle Mountain in Tasmania. This lake is circled by a six kilometers track that offers one of the best walks in Tasmania. It is commonly known as “Tasmanian Devil”. Most of it is on boardwalk and includes views of Cradle Mountain, unexpected beaches on the side of the lake, the ancient Ballroom Forest, a patch of Tasmania’s notorious horizontal scrub and the occasional echidna or platypus. You can drive your vehicles to this place but keep in mind that parking place is limited.
