02. Charles Bridge
This bridge is amongst the most recognizable bridges in the whole Europe. In its 621 meter span, there are a total of 32 unique points on it. This bridge was built in the 13th century and since then; it is subject to a great deal of superstitions. The initial bridge stone was laid on 9th July at 5.31 am which is believed to give the additional strength to the bridge. For added good measure, it was constructed in perfect alignment with the tomb of St. Vitus and the setting sun on the equinox. The views of the river are spectacular from this bridge.
