Tangah (in Pakistan)
Among the many peculiarities of Pakistan is the traditional carriage, Tangah. It is a curricle drawn by one or more horses, and is covered with a canopy. A souvenir of the Mughal Empire days, Tangah is still a famous symbol of power and royalty. Although the use of this mode of transportation has seen an eventual decline, the carriage still represents the culture of the country and is a tourist favorite.
